Returns and refunds

Return Policy: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Exclusions: Custom or personalized items, digital downloads, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
